Controlling training at the GTK

On March 20, 2015 the members of GTK participated in a controlling training held by Béla Rácz, assistant at the University of Babeş-Bolyai and alumni member of GTK. The location was again the GTK office. The course was based on a previously held training by Eörs Huba, the consulting manager of IFUA Horváth & Partners, which took place in the first semester. In the first part, the participants learned the theoretical elements of controlling with the help of a projected presentation by Béla Rácz. After a short break, a practical example was used to demonstrate attendants how the controlling process actually works. Using a real company’s data and working in Excel, they were given the opportunity to see what a controller’s tasks are in the real life.
