Burkhardt Balázs shares hisexperiences on the Management Shadowing program

On April 16 our active member Burkhardt Balázs participated in the Management Shadowing program in Cluj-Napoca at the East Grain company, where he spent a day as the “shadow” of Cserháti Csaba, CFO of the company.

Balázs’s experience:

“On April 16, I had the opportunity to spend a day with Csaba Cserháti, the Chief Financial Officer of East Grain.

The morning started productively, as I was able to gain insight into a lengthy online meeting with the chief accountant. This was followed by an insightful presentation, through which I learned about the structure, operation, and background of the company and the group. The conversation also touched on topics beyond the professional scope, such as university, the importance of future decisions, as well as career opportunities. After a hearty lunch, I had the chance to further explore financial tasks.
