“Strategy, Career Developement and More…” with Márta Lőrincz

On the 31th of March, 2017, a training with the topic of “Strategy, Career Development and more…” was held by GTK BCC’s alumni member Márta Lőrincz, regional supply chain and operations controlling manager at Henkel CEE.

The training was conducted in English. In the first half, the participants got a general introduction about the company and all the brands belonging to Henkel. After this Márta showed them specific examples and solutions that occur in real-life.

At the end of the training, she divided the participants into groups to solve a case study in which they had to plan the closure of a production department. The case was analysed from a Marketing, HR, Financial-Management and Operational point of view, then the solutions where presented in English.
