He is the founder of the Antal Zsolt Foundation, which organizes and finances the GTK (Business Consulting Club) at the Hungarian Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the Babeș-Bolyai University.
He co-founded the Agro Consulting Club (ACC) at the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Cluj-Napoca, which trains talented future leaders for the agri-food industry.
He co-founded the AgroVirtus international agricultural case study competition and the Leaders Lab agricultural leadership training programme.
In addition to the academic education, he considers it important to provide students with practical skills, bringing talented students closer to real-life business operations. Management shadowing programmes are organised, involving practitioners and renowned speakers, and professional presentations of projects close to real-life business life, to help students develop at an international level.
