Leadership training with László Berényi

Between the 15th and 16th of May, 2017 Dr. Berényi László, associate professor at the University of Miskolc, held a leadership training for the members of GTK Business Consulting Club.

There were two afternoon training modules. On the first module, on Monday, they  focused on internal characteristics by completing personality tests and afterwards they played group games together. During the tasks , the participants had the chance to see who has more leadership skills in the group and who is more retractive. At the end of the day the trainer showed them how to create a good presentation.

They started the second day also with personality tests, later the participants were divided in teams. The main purpose was to develope the team’s communication skills. The teams had to design a tower and they presented it to the rest of the group, then they had to build their towers of plasticine and toothpick, while their hands were tied together forcing them to a stronger teamwork. At the end of the training the participants discussed their roles in the group.
