Communication training with Kádár Magor
On the 8th of November, 2017 was organised the first module of the communication training held by Kádár Magor, PhD, assosiate professor at the Babeș–Bolyai University and CEO of Terra Nova Training and Communication Center.
At the beginning of the training, both the communication professional and the GTK members introduced themselves in a couple of words and then, the participants began to talk about the technics of negotiations.
The first, theoretical part was followed by a practical part, where the students formed teams and each group prepared one teammate for a job interview. Two teams represented the company and the other two represented the young job-searcher entrants. After the 5 minute long negotiations the GTK members and the trainer analyzed together the interviews.
