Podium placement at ESET’17 START case solving competition

After a successful participation in the qualification round, three teams representing the GTK Business Consulting Club have qualified to the final round of the ESET’17 START case solving competition, which has been organized for the sixth time on 25-26 November, 2017 by the Management College of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.

Following the online stage, 15 teams have qualified to the final round in Budapest out of the 23 participating teams. The GTK Business Consulting Club was represented by the following teams: ReStart (Csorba Szilárd, Kluzsán Kriszta, Szász Zalán, Virágh Tihamér), Casify (Bardóczi Beáta, Jakó Zsolt, Kozma Nóra, Nagy Miriám) and Caseberry (Barabási Tamás, Fekete Bence, Molnár Eszter, Sándor Krisztián).

Two of the GTK teams, Caseberry and Casify, managed to qualify among the best 8 teams by successfully solving the case of the Book24.hu webshop, competing with other teams at the office of Loxon Solutions on Sunday. After solving and presenting the case “Amigos for parents”, a social enterprise, team Caseberry won the third prize of the competition.
