A Day Alongside a Business Leader – An Inside Look at East Grain

“On May 5, 2026, I had the opportunity to gain insight into a day in the life of corporate leader Tamás Vincze. We began the meeting at noon, at half past twelve, at the Cluj-Napoca headquarters of East Grain.
Over lunch, I was able to gain insight primarily into the operations of the company’s financial, logistical, and controlling sectors, but we also discussed several other topics.
During our conversation, we focused particularly on the question of starting a business: with Tamás’s help, we discussed in detail the circumstances of launching a company, as well as the initial difficulties and pitfalls that a new business must face upon foundation. Additionally, through his meetings, I came to understand the importance of internal politics and dynamics within the company. Tamás answered all of my questions, giving me a realistic and complete picture of corporate operations and the life of a business leader.
It was inspiring to see how one can balance personal and professional life in a leadership position. I received practical advice on how to build a workplace community and how to properly treat both employees and clients alike.
