Excellent results at the case study competition from Miercurea-Ciuc

Between April 17-19, 2015, the 14th Case Study Competition in Miercurea-Ciuc was organized by the Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania and the Bölöni Farkas Sándor College. The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the Babeș-Bolyai University from Cluj-Napoca was represented by ConsulTeam, composed of 4 GTK Business Consulting Club members: Attila Fehér, Réka Fekete, Zsuzsa Kerekes and Timea Pásztor. The team from Cluj-Napoca won the second prize of the competition.

Two sections were organized within this competition: one for BSc students and one for master students. Our team competed in the master section. This year’s case study presented the problems of a bakery from the city of Covasna. The teams had 16 hours to solve the case and present their solutions on the following day. The final results of the master section:

  1. University of Pécs
  2. Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca
  3. Budapest Technical University.
