Management challenges of international corporations

On the 26th of March 2015, Garamhegyi Ábel, general manager of Barco Electronics Systems, a technology multinational, has given a lecture to members of the GTK – Business Consulting Club. During the lecture he presented several typical business challenges faced by multinational corporations, including the management of culturally diverse groups and the ways cultural barriers can be overcome.

The invited speaker has worked in 47 countries and has visited 75 different countries altogether, thereby being able to share vast experiences related to the specific characteristics of different countries, business meetings, negotiation styles and the diversity of existing organizational cultures.
