Ottó Csíki has won first prize at the XX. Transylvanian Students’ Scientific Conference
Ottó Csíki, junior member of the GTK Business Consulting Club has won the first place of the Management section of the XX. Transylvanian Students’ Scientific Conference (ETDK), an event organized between 18-21 May, 2017 by the Babeș-Bolyai University (BBU), the Association of Hungarian Students in Cluj-Napoca (KMDSZ) and the Hungarian University Federation from Cluj-Napoca (KMEI). 300 university students have taken part on this year’s competition, presenting their research projects in front of a professional jury.
The GTK Business Consulting Club was represented by four members at this competition. In the Finance section of the event, Edina Katona and Norbert Kiss have presented the results of their research projects among 15 other presentations:
Edina Katona: Improving the efficiency of company processes and their implementation in ERP systems

Norbert Kiss: The necessity to implement controlling systems in SMEs

Anita Kovács, GTK alumni member and Attila Csukás presented their project in the Marketing section of the conference among 9 other projects. They won third place at the Marketing section. Congratulation!

Twelve research projects were presented in the Management section of this event, among which the work of Ottó Csíki:
Ottó Csíki: An analysis of the factors influencing the location and activity of Romanian car dealerships

Based on the evaluation carried out by the jury, the research project developed by Ottó Csíki has achieved the highest score in this section, thus winning the Management section of the competition. Congratulations to Ottó for this outstanding result!
