Professional workshop and team-building in Subcetate

Between October 20-22, 2017 a professional workshop and team building event was organized at the Kőfenyő Pension. The participants had the task to create a growth strategy for the pension, having the opportunity to present their solutions to the owners of the pension on the last day of the weekend.

The first day’s schedule started with a presentation about the organization’s strategy and the first semester’s program, including the tasks that have to be fulfilled by the members of the club. This was followed by a presentation held by Béla Gergely Rácz, GTK coordinator, on how to solve a case study efficiently. The rest of the day was dedicated to team building activities.

The professional program continued the next morning. Senior members of the club talked about the aim of industry analysis. This was followed by a brainstorming. The afternoon started with a powerpoint training held by Rita Éltes, GTK senior member. After the training Levente Szász, GTK coordinator held a presentation on finances.

During the last day of the weekend, the participants had the chance to present their solution in front of the owners of the pension.
