Case Solvers training in the GTK

Istvan Juhasz held a case study training on February 28 and 29. The workshop focused on the detailed analysis of case studies and the development of various step-by-step solutions. Participants were able to learn about several new and fresh approaches concerning case studies and their resolution.

At the beginning of the Case Solvers training participants defined the concept of case study, and discussed the optimal division of tasks pertaining to a case study solving process and group time management.

Both days were organized similarly, starting with a short discussion at the beginning, and following step-by-step excersise solving in modules. During the modules they were assisted by Juhász István, who provided relevant suggestions. The training ended with the teams presenting their final case study soluions in English.

These two days were valuable and useful for each participant, as GTK Business Consulting Club members had the opportunity to practice, what they have previously learned, in a friendly and informal environment.
