Controlling-day with Eörs Huba and Csongor Farkas
On April 9th took placethe IFUA Horváth&Partners training, on the topic of controlling, held by Huba Eörs and Csongor Farkas. During the event participants got an inside view into the basics of managerial functions such as planning, directing, staffing, and organizing . In the second part of the training students were divided in two groups.The first group got acquainted with the product result management while the second group dealt with the process cost calculation.
