Interactive presentation held by the managing director of Uber Romania

On the November 7, 2016 Nicoleta Schroeder, the managing director of Uber Romania, held a presentation for the members of the GTK Business Consulting Club and invited guests on an event organized at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the Babeș-Bolyai University. Alexandra Corolea, communications associate (Balkans region) at Uber also took part in the event. The presentation focused on the foundation of Uber, as a tech company, and on the development and usefulness of the Uber App. One of the main objectives of the company is to introduce their services in many more cities, thereby making urban transportation more efficient. The last part of the presentation focused on the combination of Uber’s business model with the self-driving car – a technological development in which Uber is also actively taking part.

After the presentation, the audience had the possibility to ask questions related to the future development of the Uber company.
