Lectures and another year closed for the BCC at Tusványos – report

Between the 24th-29th of July 2012 the BCC participated at the 23rd edition of the Tusványos Summer University and Student Camp. After the presentations of the BCC guest speakers, dr. Christopher Ball, professor at the Quinnipiac University, and Ádám Székely, general manager of InfoGroup, the BCC officially closed another successful academic year by evaluating this year’s activity and conferring new senior and alumni titles.

The BCC guest speakers gave lectures on Thursday, the 26th of July, at 3 PM and 4 PM. Christopher Ball talked about MBAs and Success, while Ádám Székely presented the Real estate developments in 2012 from the perspective of SMEs. We would like to thank our guests for their valuable contribution to this event!

After the presentation the official closing ceremony of the academic year 2011/2012 at the BCC took place. Levente Szász, PhD, assistant coordinator of the BCC opened the meeting by presenting the most important milestones and results of the club in 2011/2012. Based on their annual results new senior and alumni titles were awarded to our members. According to this, starting from the next academic year Attila Erdély continues his work as a senior member, while Krisztina Ábrahám, Zsolt Benkő and Balázs Furdek were promoted to senior membership. Mónika Baumgartner, Boglárka-Tamara Dorner, Csongor Farkas, Csaba Kristály, Tamás Major and Kinga Beáta Szőcs were conferred the alumni title of the BCC.
