Negotiation techniques seminar with dr. David Venter

On November 3, 2014, Dr. David Venter, professor at Vlerick Management School, former adviser to Nelson Mandela held a negotiation techniques seminar for the GTK members who are also members of the MCC Leadership program.

The program was organized in the MCC Office, and started with a short introduction. After that dr. Venter presented the participants examples of current conflict situations. The professor then shared his own experiences, according to which he had helped numerous negotiations conducted by world-famous companies. After introducing themselves, the participants had to solve some negotiation problems and then present their solutions, which were afterwards analyzed by the professor.  Finally, dr. Venter taught some new and effective negotiation techniques.
