GTK members presented their work in front of the Business Development Committee of OTP Bank Romania

On March 14, 2018, as a response to the invitation of the bank’s management, six members of the GTK Business Consulting Club from Cluj-Napoca had the possibility to participate on the meeting of the Business Development Committee of OTP Bank Romania in Bucharest, where they presented their industry analysis in front of the directors of different business areas of the bank.

In the first semester of the academic year, GTK members have developed a detailed analysis of the banking sector on global, European and national level, highlighting the synergies between fintech and the banking sector, and also developing a future strategy for the customer-centered bank of 2025. After the presentation GTK members have discussed the main conclusions of the analysis with the directors of different business areas of the bank.

During the second part of the day GTK members have visited the headquarter of UBER Romania, where they have participated on an interactive presentation which focused on the latest innovations and new services introduced globally or in Romania by UBER, such as the drone-based urban transportation, the driverless car or Uber Eats, the food delivery service of the company.
