Business planning and valuation training

On the 25th of April, a new series of training has started for the students of GTK, business planning and evaluation, which offers knowledge about corporal finance and accounting terms. For the first time, the students had the opportunity to understand the terms of income statement, gross margin, operational costs or EBIT and EBITDA. Lately, the students have started to work on an income statement of an imaginary company, which was the practical part of the training.

The second module of the Business Planning and Valuation program series took place on the 4th of May. With the help of this training series, the students of GTK Business Consulting Club In the second module students learned about balance sheets, the relation between assets and liabilities, cash-flow statement and last but not least about the calculation of NPV.  The GTK students can use and understand these terms, not only in Hungarian, but in English too.
