Participation in the final round of the Eset PRO 2018 case competition
The 7th edition of the Eset PRO competition took place on the 24th november 2018, organised by CaseSolvers and by the Management College of Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
After a preliminary round 10 teams were chosen to participate in the finals of the competition at the headquarters of OTP Bank in Budapest. Two teams from the Babeș–Bolyai University made it to the final round representing the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FSEGA) and the GTK Business Consulting Club. Team Enigma was composed of the following students: Costiniuc Norbert-Dániel (Finance and banking, year III), Griz Zsuzsanna (Management, year III), Kelemen Kincső (Computer science applied in business, year III) and Pádár Zsuzsánna (Finance and banking, year III). The members of team Sigma were: Barabási Tamás (Computer science applied in business, year II), Bardóczi Beáta (Finance and banking, year II), Jakó Zsolt (Management, year II) and Nagy Miriám (Management, year II).
The teams had 48 hours to deliver a complex solution to the issues regarding the changes in the mortgage and real estate loans market. The case focused on OTP Bank Hungary.
