Organizational development training with Éva Kreiter, the HR Director of Dreher Breweries
On the 8th of March 2019 we welcomed Kreiter Éva as the Business Consulting Clubs’ guest lecturer, the director of Human Resources at the Dreher Breweries Hungary. During the training that she held for us, we had the opportunity to get an insight in the organizational cultures’ formation, in the processes of a sustainable development of Human Resources and its’ effects on the success in the operation of these companies.
We closed the afternoon with a workshop, where we separated into two groups and proposed HR- and organizational strategies for the Dreher Breweries.
