Strategic management and controlling training

Between 5-6th of April,  the GTK members had the opportunity to learn from Huba Eörs and Palotai Bálint strategic adviser of IFUA Horváth&Partners.

On Friday after a short introduction we started with the strategic management part with Bálint. Through the presentation Bálint presented many practical examples from their company, so the traing was really interesting and also effective.

The next day was about the basis of controlling which was held by Eörs. After the short theoretical introduction and also many practical examples, we had to solve some exercises in teams, through which we convinced Eörs about what did we learn.

During the weekend the students expanded their knowledge in these sections, which they will be able to exploit in the future.
