First training of “Management in practice at Bonafarm” training program

On the 12th of November 2020, at the GTK Business Consulting Club, the training program, named ”Management in practice” has started, and was held by the leading representatives of Bonafarm Zrt. The first course was held by Gergely Pókos, the company`s business development manager and vice general manager, and Zselyke Demeter,business development project lead  and alumni member of the GTK Business Consulting Club.

In the first part of the training, members of the GTK had the opportunity to get an overview of Bonafarm Zrt. and a perspective on how the company works. Also, we learned about the company`s history from its formation to our days, as well as to know the members of management.

In a precise presentation, Gergely Pókos explained the processes taking place in the food industry and presented us the stages of plant production and stock-farming, as well as forage production.

After that, we could ask questions, and the company’s representatives answered the questions without hesitation, explaining the less clear parts. The members of the GTK were extremely interested in the topic, with a multitude of questions raised during the presentation, to which the representatives of the company responded with detailed answers.

The first training was very successful, everyone was amazed by the company`s activity.
