Intern Case study (Lux, Michelin-starred restaurant)
On the 28th of October, GTK members participated in an internal case study in which they had to find a solution to the problems of a Michelin-starred French restaurant in Hong Kong. The famous restaurant called “LUX” lost one of its stars, yet GTK members tried to regain it. The case study was handed to the students a week in advance, so they had time to come up with the perfect solution.
The members were divided into 4 teams and all had 10 minutes to present. This was followed by a 10-minute Q&A session in which the 3 juries, Kincső Kelemen, Lehel Györfy and Tamás Barabási, asked their questions.
Interesting solutions were born and both first and second year students performed excellently.
