Discussion with leaders – Stefan Balster (E.ON Business Services Cluj)

On the 11th of November 2021 took place the first event of this year’s “Discussion with leaders” training series. The invited leader was Stefan Balster, the managing director of E.ON Business Services in Cluj. During the one and a half hour conversation, he presented his life story, the major milestones of his career, then described and explained the main pillars of E.ON’s strategy. Stefan Balster also shared his thoughts on good corporate governance, the importance of youth workers and the need for innovation. Thanks to the flexibility of the speaker, a meaningful conversation has developed, from which everyone could draw useful conclusions for themselves.
