Discussion with leaders – Csaba Rácz
On December 16th 2021, the students of the GTK Business Consulting Club attended a special presentation by Csaba Rácz, Managing Director and Senior Trainer of Siegel Eastern Europe. During the training, not only those interested in the world of HR, but also those who will be working in any managerial sector were able to gain a lot of new and exciting information, which they will all be able to use in their future jobs.
Csaba Rácz presented his role within the company, gave an insight into how the sales training, teambuilding, negotiation training and management training for the Swiss Army (among others) are conducted. He also talked about the differences between personality types and he presented the ones that make good leaders.
