Zsófia Bánffy, active GTK member participated in the Management Shadowing programme
On 16th February, Bánffy Zsófia, active GTK member took part in the Management Shadowing program at Nobila Casa as the „shadow” of Ágnes Gündisch.
The experience report can be read below:
„On 16th February, 2022, I had the opportunity to spend a memorable day as the “shadow” of Ágnes Gündisch, getting an insight into the internal operations of Nobila Casa and the day-to-day responsibilities of a manager.
I have a very intense and eventful day behind me, as I watched the work of Ágnes from 8 am to 6 pm, who did her job with maximum productivity and tried to get me involved in everything, which I thank her again very much! During the day, I had the opportunity to attend an IT and a cash flow meeting, understanding what a sales analysis means and how to present a collection in the stores. I also learned about how a CEO manages effectively the different departments of a company and what key decisions they need to make about development projects.
Overall, I think I was able to learn a lot in just one day, due to the meaningful conversations and the professional knowledge I gained.
