Zsófia Albert participated in the Management Shadowing programme

On 29th May, Zsófia Albert GTK member, participated in the management shadowing programme at Stairway Booking, as the “shadow” of Hunor Györk Nagy.

„On 29th May 2022, I participated in the management shadowing programme at Stairway Booking, where I spent a day with Györk Hunor Nagy and his team.

My day started at 10 a.m. at the castle from Gornești, Mureș county. Stairway Booking is an event management company, so I had the opportunity to attend an unusual festival: a couple’s 4-day wedding festival, the Unicorn Festival. During the day I learnt a lot about event management and even gained some practical knowledge as Hunor Nagy’s team showed me how the lights and projections work on the stage and they also showed me how a mixing desk works. In addition, we talked about the Mumush festival and its preparations, which will be organized this summer.

It was a very interesting and enjoyable day, and by the end of it, I became even more aware of the importance of good and quick problem solving skills that managers have to own, and it was also nice to see how varied and interesting the job of a manager, who works outside the office, can be.
