Company visit and railway industry presentation at Accenture

On Thursday, 20 April, GTK active members attended a presentation on the rail industry at Accenture, in Hexagon Office in Cluj-Napoca, where the company’s Industry X division is based.

The company is responsible for the development of industrial softwares in areas such as railways, automotive and manufacturing. The aim of the discussion and the presentation was to give the members a deeper understanding of both the company’s operations and the railway industry, which will help them in their semestrial industry analysis. The modern environment with its plants and a play area was attractive to the members, but it was also a special experience to watch a robotic arm making coffee or another one solving a Rubik’s cube. During the event, members had the opportunity to ask questions and get useful advice for their industry analysis.
