Strategic management training

On 20 May 2023, the first-year GTK members attended a full-day strategic management training, held by Bálint Palotai, IFUA Horváth’s strategy specialist. During the online training, the students learned how to develop the right strategy for a company, the importance of having a clear vision and a specific goal. During the activity, topics such as the importance of analysis, how to build a strategy and then develop it, and the need to look at a situation from several angles were covered. He used concrete examples to show what these things look like in real life. During the training, the students were divided into two groups and had to build up their vision and strategy for GTK by the end of the course.
