In the GTK, we also focus on mental health!
On Wednesday, 22 November, members of the GTK attended the Mental health and other psychological skills training, held by psychologist and trainer András Maluczán. The training was about stress, burnout and other psychological tricks to help in stressful everyday life.
The students had the opportunity to learn about the symptoms of burnout and what they can do in order to prevent it. It was important to highlight when stress should be taken seriously and managed, and when it has a motivating effect in a person’s life. The session was extremely meaningful, as András spoke about issues that, for sure, all students have faced or will face to some extent. Thanks to the interactive presentation, the GTK members were able to gain a lot of knowledge in the field of mental health.
