András Gergő and Pulbere Victor share their experiences on the Management Shadowing program

On April 14, two of our members, András Gergő and Pulbere Victor, participated in the Management Shadowing program in Târgu Mureș at the BioDry company, where they spent a day as the “shadows” of Petry Zsolt, CEO of the company.

Gergő and Victor’s experience:

“On April 14, 2025, through the annually organized Manager Shadowing program, we had the opportunity to gain insight into a day in the life of Varga-Pál Petry Zsolt, CEO of BioDry and the Petry Group.

We spent the day at BioDry’s office in Târgu Mureș, where we first received a brief but informative overview of the company’s activities and its founding. Afterwards, we attended the traditional Monday morning team-building meeting, during which discussions covered effective leadership styles, the importance of a healthy relationship between managers and employees, and the creation of a harmonious work environment.

Later, we joined Mr. Petry Zsolt’s regular sales evaluation session as well as an online meeting with international franchise partners. These experiences gave us a comprehensive view of the company’s organizational structure, both nationally and internationally.

Following this, we had the chance to meet the team working at the office and experience firsthand the youthful, dynamic, and productive atmosphere that defines the workplace.

It was truly inspiring to see how someone in a leadership position can successfully manage multiple businesses simultaneously with such organization and awareness. It also became clear how vital a cohesive team is to the daily operation of any company.

Throughout the day, Petry Zsolt made an effort to thoughtfully answer all of our questions, offering valuable insights and advice, which made us feel that we learned a great deal from the experience.
