GTK members participated in a psychological activity!
On December 4th, the first psychology training session of the semester took place, focusing on problem-solving and negotiation. Throughout the training, several interactive exercises were carried out. In addition, participants worked in teams multiple times: first in smaller groups, then in larger ones. During these teamwork activities, they had to solve various tasks together, such as exercises related to giving instructions.
It became clear during the training that the larger the team, the more time is needed for discussions, as everyone must be consulted, regardless of the simplicity of the task. Although the final outcome was the same for everyone, each participant had a different approach to reaching it.
The training proved extremely valuable, as students were able to develop their problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.
Special thanks to András Róbert Maluczan, organizational psychologist and trainer, who supported students’ learning and development in an engaging and interactive way!
