Dimén-Varga Ábel and Tófalvi Krisztián share their experiences on the Management Shadowing program

Between 20-22 May, our active members, Ábel Dimén-Varga and Krisztián Tófalvi participated in the Management Shadowing program in Budapest, being the “shadows” of András Szabó.

Here are Ábel and Krisztián’s thoughts on their experience:

“Between 20-22 May 2024, we had the unique opportunity to spend two days with András Szabó in Budapest, as part of the management shadowing program.
During these two days we were able to observe the different projects that András is currently supervising. We got an insight into the operations of his startup Nimi Collectibles, learned about their infrastructure projects in three African countries and learned about the media industry. András shared his experience in the MBA program at the University of Chicago and explained in detail the challenges of managing international projects. It was amazing to see his expertise in different areas and how international relationships were vital to the success of his projects.
