Kozma Krisztina, Ilyés Tamás and Zoványi Tamás share their experiences on the Management Shadowing program

On February 26th, three of our students, Krisztina Kozma, Tamás Ilyés and Tamás Zoványi, participated in the management shadowing program at UBM Feed Romania, being the “shadows” of Dénes Lackó and Levente Deák.

“Our day started with a journey at 8 o’clock in the morning as we headed towards Kerelőszentpál, where the headquarters of the company group is located. We had the opportunity to attend management meetings and discussions where the current performance, operations, and strategic decisions of the company were discussed. Furthermore, we were able to observe the automated plant in operation, which helped us understand the complexity and coherence of the company’s activities. To conclude, we had a meaningful discussion where we reviewed the main conclusions and lessons of the day, and we received answers to our questions regarding leadership.
