Izsák Adél shares her experiences on the Management Shadowing program

“On March 25, 2025, I spent a day at Nobila Casa, shadowing Ágnes Gündisch. It was a perfect opportunity to gain professional knowledge and experience, gain insight into corporate life and the responsibilities of a CEO, and to confirm the importance of family businesses – a value that I also believe in.

In the morning, entering a family-like atmosphere, Ágnes shared with me the story of how Nobila Casa was founded, its successes, and the projects currently underway. She also taught me how a team can work most efficiently to achieve common goals

After that, from 9 AM to 5 PM, I participated non-stop in various meetings, such as those related to procurement, marketing campaigns, budgeting, and accounting, giving me insight into every segment of corporate tasks. I particularly enjoyed the logistics and marketing meetings, where the team listened to my opinion on certain matters, making me feel as though I were truly a part of the company.
