2nd year GTK students attended a controlling training

This year’s controlling training took place on 30 november, where, as usual, second-year GTK students participated and learned from the trainer, Eörs Huba.

The training lasted 8 hours, during which the students covered a wide range of topics, such as: the role of controlling in ESG, the distribution of financial responsibility within the company, cost management systems, forecasting and many more. Through his active and successful corporate professional career, Eörs Huba also provided practical examples and put the students to the test with exercises such as single and multi-level unit cost calculations and target costing.

During the training, there was an opportunity for continuous questioning, which the participants actively used, so that they received answers to the practical use of the theoretical knowledge they had already acquired at their university, which they will be able to use in the future.
