A team from Odorheiu Secuiesc wins the Business Plan Competition for high school students organized by the GTK

GTK KP 2023 – 134 candidates from 19 high schools, 34 teams, 4 courses, 1 competition, 4000 RON main prize and innumerable great ideas – with such numbers we managed to close the 11th edition of the High School Program.

On 9 December, 2023, the 11th competition organized by the GTK – the High School Program took place on the Faculty of Business Administration of the Babeș-Bolyai University where this time the best 20 teams presented their ideas and business plans to a jury of professionals, entrepreneurs and academics.

This year, we expected to join the High School Program teams of students from the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade who speak Hungarian. A total of 134 students from 19 high schools participated in 4 professional courses organized during the program, while they were working on their ideas and business plan.

The final result of the GTK – High School Program:

1st place – team DreamFlow – „Backamadarasi Kis Gergely” Reformed College, Odorheiu Secuiesc – Zsombor Antonya, Nimród Kacsó, István Sándor și Mónika-Mária Szilágyi, professor: Edit Lőrincz

2nd place – team EcoMovers – „Tamási Áron” Theoretical High School, Marin Preda High School, Odorheiu Secuiesc – Csaba Bálint, István Barabás, Bettina Ferenc, Márk Geréb-Szőke, professor: Csaba Bálint

3rd place – team 5letElek – „Backamadarasi Kis Gergely” Reformed College, Odorheiu Secuiesc – Zsolt Máthé, Vivien-Barbara Nyágrus, Botond Pázsint, Magor Tóth, professor: Edit Lőrincz

Honourable mention – team Unterschätzten – „Báthory István” Theoretical High School, Cluj-Napoca – Márk Bartha, Hunor-Tamás Gyurka, Dávid Szilágyi, Róbert Márk Tóbiás, professor: Tímea Módi

 

In the final, prizes were also awarded to the runners-up in the four semi-final groups:
