András Antal and Zétény Szilágyi-Nagy participated in the Management Shadowing programme

Between March 20-22 András Antal and Zétény Szilágyi-Nagy participated in the Management Shadowing programme at the Hodler Asset Managemenet as the „shadows” of Alpár Kiss.

András’ and Zétény’s experience report can be read below:

„Between March 20-22, we had the opportunity to participate in the Management Shadowing programme at Hodler Asset Management for three days. The company based in the food and agricultural sector was established in 2020. The company’s CFO, Alpár Kiss presented in detail what they do and what they see the future of the company as. We were able to gain insight into contracts that had already been concluded, which were about the partial acquisition of a company. Furthermore, we were able to look at business plans and other financial statements, as well as gain insight into the lengthy world of legal procedures, which are essential for the development and expansion of companies.
