András Antal has participated in the Management Shadowing programme

On 12th April, András Antal, GTK member participated in the management shadowing program at Ortoprofil, as the “shadow” of Lucian Băbâi, Chief Operating Officer.

“I had a very meaningful day on 12th April at OrtoProfil with Lucian Băbâi and István Fábián. It was a very intense day, with one meeting after another with the goal of optimizing operations. It was special to be at OrtoProfil during the program, as I came with a relatively in-depth knowledge of the industry and the company thanks to the Student Case Study Competition of Cluj Napoca. We started the day at 9 am at OrtoProfil’s headquarters in Târgu Mures, where Lucian gave me a tour of the headquarters, introducing me to the different areas of the company’s operations, from manufacturing, through the rehabilitation department, to the administrative offices. After getting a detailed picture of the company’s operational processes, I attended a meeting, where the final stage of the implementation of a digitalization development was discussed. The rest of the day was dedicated to process optimization with the HR and Finance departments.
