Anna Bugár and Kata Kovács took part in the Management Shadowing programme

On 3-4 April, our active members, Anna Bugár and Kata Kovács participated in the management shadowing programme as the “shadow” of András Szabó.

Anna’s and Kata’s experience report can be read below:

„Between 3-4 April 2023, we had the opportunity to spend two days with András Szabó in Budapest, as part of the management shadowing program.

During these two days we gained insight into several projects that András is working on at the same time. We were able to get an insight into the workings of András’ startup, Nimi Collectibles, his projects currently running in three African countries, and even into the world of media. András shared his experiences from his MBA program at the University of Chicago and explained in detail the challenges he faces when working on international projects. Furthermore, it was amazing to see how much he is familiar with and how international contacts have played an important role in the realization of various projects.
