Barbara Kürti active member took part in the Management Shadowing programme

On 23 February, our active member, Barbara Kürti participated in the management shadowing programme at Nobila Casa as the “shadow” of Ágnes Gündisch.

Barbara’s experience report can be read below:

„On 23 February 2022, I had the opportunity to spend an unforgettable day at the Nobila Casa company, as the “shadow” of Ágnes Gündisch.

It was a very busy and interesting day, which gave me an insight into the company’s operations and a great opportunity to learn a lot about the history of Nobila Casa’s foundation and success. I enjoyed every minute of the marketing and logistics meetings, which made me feel a little like an employee of the company, as the team listened to my opinions on certain topics and my ideas for this year’s Christmas collection. I also experienced the family-like atmosphere within the company when I met the marketing team, and the importance of creating this atmosphere.  I was able to see the important details of the marketing campaign launched to target Hungarian customers.

Finally, Ágnes also taught me how to deal with unexpected situations effectively and calmly, and how important it is to do what you love.
