Cluj Charity Cup – A CSR event organised by the GTK

On 15 May 2022, GTK students have organized the Cluj Charity Cup, which was a CSR project, in where the students of the GTK supported the “Together for Children with Cancer Association” with the money raised from the entry fee of the football tournament. The cup was preceded by months of organization and in the end 10 teams competed, not only from Cluj Napoca, but also from Târgu Mures and Miercurea Ciuc. The event was held at the Györgyfalvi Sports Complex in Cluj Napoca. The Cup also attracted prestigious sponsors such as the VIBE festival, which awarded festival passes to the best team, and the Tiltott Csíki Sör, whose products were also awarded to the winners. Overall, the tournament was very pleasant, with good matches played by the teams.
