Controlling-day with Eörs Huba

Our members had the chance to take part in a new training on the 19th of May 2011. Eörs Huba, partner and managing director at the international consultancy firm IFUA Horváth & Partners introduced the BCC members to the world of controlling. Eörs Huba gained his experience while working for several key enterprises, which actively shaped Hungary’s financial sector.

During the interactive lecture-series entitled “Product-based earnings management” our members learnt about different methods of cost calculation, which later on were demonstrated using case studies, solved and discussed together with all participants.
