Controlling training with Huba Eörs
On the 22nd of April, 2018, Huba Eörs, partner at IFUA Hortváth & Partners consulting company, held a controlling training for the members of the GTK Business Consulting Club. During the event, the participants had the opportunity to get an insight into the basic principles of controlling methods.
In the first part of the training, participants have learnt about the theoretical basis of controlling, while later on, they could get an insight into activity based costing. By the clear and suggestive examples and case studies, GTK members worked on solving problems they will very likely meet in future real situations as well.
