Project management training with Tamás Hargitay
On the 5th of December, in the GTK’s office was organized a project management training, held by Hargitay Tamás, senior consultant of the LGT Project.
During the event, the students discussed what they mean by a project of an organization, afterwards they interactively gave examples, then analyzed with a professional’s eye the GTK Business Consulting Club’s function of the semi-annual industry analysis. Throughout PRINCE 2 method, they have learned the steps of a project, and how these can be implemented in reality.
Overall those presents have gained an insight of a project manager’s tasks, which can be useful to the future.
