Dénes Mária shares her experiences on the Management Shadowing program

On March 7, 2024, I had the opportunity to spend a day in the “shadow” of Ágnes Gündisch at the Nobila Casa company, which will remain an unforgettable experience for me.

This intense day provided me with many opportunities to get a deep insight into how the company works and to learn a lot.

On Thursday morning, when Ágnes and I arrived at the office, while sitting over a good coffee, I had the opportunity to learn about the history of Nobila Casa’s foundation and success. I had the opportunity to attend various meetings, so I felt like I was an employee of the company for a day, which was a very interesting experience.

Ágnes told me how she managed to maintain a good work-life balance. In addition, she taught me how to handle an unexpected situation calmly and in the best possible way, as well as what success means from different perspectives and how important it is to discover your own successes first.
