Discussion with Alpár Kiss

On 29th March 2022, the fourth “Discussions with leaders” training took place, where the GTK students had the opportunity to talk with Alpár Kiss, GTK alumni member and CFO of Hodler Capital. At the beginning of the program, Alpár gave a broad overview of the company and his own work, and told his opinion about what he believes are the most important qualities and skills for a leader. Afterwards, the students had the opportunity to ask questions. Topics such as further education, time management and stress management were covered. Overall, our students left with a lot of useful advice.
