Discussion with leaders – Tamás Vincze

The next Discussion with Leaders event took place on 5 December, during which the students of the GTK discussed with Tamás Vincze, CEO of East Grain. During the discussion, Tamás Vincze talked about his career, his views on the profession and the difficulties he has faced in running the company.

Tamás explained how he went from a bank to running East Grain and why he took a risk to invest his energy in a newly established company. He also explained how a difficult situation within a company can lead to solutions and how goals can be achieved in many areas of the profession, as he demonstrated by becoming a university lecturer.

During the discussion, the GTK students learned how important perseverance is, especially in the life of a CEO, and how everyday successes contribute to professional success.
