Discussions with leaders: Szabolcs Lévay quality engineering manager

On January 8, 2020, Szabolcs Lévay, quality engineering manager for the 8×8 multinational company, was the guest at GTK’s Discussions with leaders series.

Lévay gave the students an insight into the operation of a software company, telling them what a quality engineering manager should do. What processes he need to follow, lead and what challenges he faces in his work. He also talked about the specifics of the industry, the challenges of continuous renewal and what people management is like for his company.
